How long does my order take to make?

Depends on the backlog currently active, how many of a given order type are in line, and how complex of an order you requested. Your order can be fulfilled anywhere from the next 4 hours of you placing it, to 2 weeks/ a month or more.  (I'd bet on the latter.)

I'm working out of a 10x10 office with all of my equipment jammed against the side of my walls, so I don't really have the biggest workspace. Expect 10-20 orders to be made each week on average, unless I happen to hate myself and decide to chase burnout that week. 


Where's my order? Did you ship it yet?
All orders that have been finished ship Saturday of that week, unless something went wrong. 

So if I did, you will have gotten an email with the tracking number on it. 

If you did not ( and you're on the right email account used to place the order ), reach out with the name/email used to place the order, and I can look into where it is. 

Please note that I'm not psychic. I can't tell you where your order is if you just ask me "Where's my order" and provide no details, using an unrelated email address.


Is your shipping discreet?

All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes, with a shipping label that has the shop name "Mouldforged" on it. 

Your order will show up as "SP_MOULDFORGED" under a bank statement. 



It's not exactly active camo or draped in ghillie netting, but it shouldn't raise any eyebrows at first. Can't really make it any more "Discreet" without becoming less discreet as a result of going overboard.

It feels weird to have to write this, but I can't help you if someone is checking your bank account or googling your package labels.

Don't buy what I'm making if that's your primary concern. 


Do you ship internationally?

I do not ship to specifically Germany or Poland, due to difficulties for international sellers shipping to these locations.

You're better off going through a third party freight forwarder or asking a friend who lives nearby to ship to you. 

Otherwise, If your country is not visible on checkout, please feel free to inquire, and I can give it a look. What'll stop me is if importation of what I make is illegal where you're looking to have it delivered, or if I have to jump through legal import hoops to get this to you. 

Note that you most likely will have to pay an additional, separate duty fee, depending on where you are located. UK Customers in particular may be subject to something around 50 GBP in addition to the shipping cost. 

Updated as of 1/9/2026: I figured this was already obvious, but apparently not.

That 50 GBP quote is not reflective of reality at any given time. That is a single anecdotal sample from the packages I have sent over, and customers have reported, to act as a ballpark value for how things were in 2023.

I don't control how much you get charged at the customs gate for importing toys. That's between the courier and whichever customs official is looking at the package.

Gods help you if you're in the post 2025 US tariff war circus where the powers that be throw baby tantrums on an international level and make things difficult for us mortals.

How long do orders take to arrive, once shipped?

Within the Continental US, about a week's worth of time is what seems to be the average. 

Outside of the US depends on the carrier, and processing of imports in your respective country.

Again, not psychic. 

My order has a tracking number, but hasn't been updated for days! Did something happen?

Probably not. I ship out all orders usually by Saturday Noon of that week, US Central Time. 

I do however, create shipping labels and pack orders beforehand, to mitigate the day of just packing orders in boxes. If you received a tracking number early on in the week, this is probably why. 

I messed up my shipping address! Can you help me out?

If it hasn't been shipped yet? Sure. 

If it HAS been shipped? Probably not. Once it's out of my hands, I can't change what happens. 

If the given address is incorrect, and the package is returned, I can resend it to a corrected address, but I will have to charge you again for shipping.
