Terms of Service & General Policies
Order Fulfillment Time:
- New toys are made to order, meaning it'll be some time before it can ship out. Depending on the orders in production, that can be anywhere from a week on ordering, to a month; though I try to keep it within a two week timeframe.
- Toys that are in stock will ship out on that week's Saturday, at 12 Noon US Central time, unless there are circumstances stopping ship out, or a problem with the order you placed which requires a response.
- Complications with molds and supply shortages may extend the timeframe for made to order toys. The longest this has been was 2.5 Months.
Customization Can & Can'ts:
- I CAN usually paint external genitals and internal colors. This varies by product listing.
- I CANNOT paint a recognizable shape, symbol, or image onto your toy. This includes writing out words, "cutie marks", or tattoos.
- If you INSIST and are okay with what amounts to slapping colors in a roughly recognizable shape, then contact me before putting in the order to see if I can promise something in good faith. Proceeding with this will disqualify your order from being repoured due to aesthetic flaws.
- I work with a liquid medium that needs to be poured, with different densities depending on the colorants used and specific softness desired. As a result, I can't promise your orders will look EXACTLY the same as another, or will have an EXACT pattern or color.
- I CANNOT make a color exactly the same as a previous pour. Trying to color match exactly 1:1 across different orders is too tedious for me to promise.
- I CAN make multiple toys with the same colors if they are part of a single batch order.
- I CANNOT modify a toy's external shape from what is already listed. If you want that, you're looking for a new toy, which is a whole 'nother discussion.
- I WILL NOT make a Goblin penetrable in anything that can be reasonably considered a human skin tone for a custom color's body. A future Lifesize Goblin, maybe. But for various reasons which I hope are obvious, no human skin tones on that one.
- Lastly, and I hope this goes without saying, but if you ask for something you didn't pay for, you will only receive what you paid for. You don't get to ask for all the custom options and then only get the most basic single color pour customization.
Repours & Redos:
- By default, if a toy comes out with noticeable flaws on the exterior of the toy's use face, the toy will be repoured at no extra cost.
- If the flaw is minor enough based on my own judgement, I will reach out before repouring to ask if you would prefer to have the toy shipped earlier, usually with some form of discount for the flaw depending on severity.
- Flaws that occur on the non-use faces ( i.e. faces that are not intended for display or interactivity) will not be considered, unless the flaw is something I would personally take issue with. I maintain that nothing is sold that I would not personally be willing to buy and use.
Refunds ,Returns, Cancellations:
Due to the nature of the toys, I do not do returns, regardless of if the package has been opened or "unused".
However, depending on circumstances, I do honor refunds, in the event that:
- The Item arrived damaged ( Tears, nicks, that were not disclosed before shipping)
- The Item was drastically different from what was described / requested ( If you got a red item when you ordered blue)

And some edge cases, but odds are if you just "Don't like it after all" , "Didn't fit me nicely" or something, then to be perfectly frank, no.
If you would like to cancel an order, I am happy to do so with no strings attached if the order was placed in the last 24 hours of the cancellation request. Canceling later than this however, will incur a 10% fee based on your order cost.
As of 3/31/2024, my policy for refunds on toy damage through use has changed. I will no longer offer refunds, store credit, or anything similar for a toy that is damaged when used.
I cannot guarantee that your toy will absolutely not tear. I don't know what you're doing, or how you're doing it.
